Creeping Fig

Hello, I have a beautiful wall covered with Creeping Fig. There is a portion of the wall I don't want covered. I am a little tired of trimming the vine every month. i have been told that there is a "paint" that I can apply to the wall that will prevent the Creeping Fig from growing. Does anyone have any info on such a thing? Thanks, JWalker

Any advice on how to get creeping fig vine that is growing out of control out of 100'+ pine trees? And it is dropping fruit too! It has grown the full height of the two trees and way out of reach to pull it down. Will it kill these trees?
