My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am looking for some japanese morning glory seeds. I only want the japanese kind because they wont reseed as much as the others & are not as tall. No dwarfs, other than that any colors will do. I dont have much but you can check out my trade list.
