Mine did...what zone are you? If they flower late and you are in a cold climate you may not get seeds. But generally they do set seed.

I'm in California. They are still blooming. They never come back the next year. I never see seed pods on mine. The other morning glory I have in my garden produce tons of seeds but I have never seen one on Heavenly Blue. I have to buy them yearly.

Wow I would think in California you would get seeds. My seeds don't usually survive the winter here so I do new ones each year but have collected quite a few seeds. I have some if you want any...mine are the darker blue.

That would be great. Do you want me to send you a self address stamped envelope? I grow morning glories on my garden fence and let them grow up our pine trees. It looks so neat to see them blooming at the top of the pine trees.
