My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Purple Rain

I'm going to order some Purple Rain Violas from Graceful Gardens this spring. Does anyone know if they'll be perennial in Missouri zone 5? I've never grown violas before.

I'm also going to start some Penny Lane Violas from seed (or attempt to, anyway). Any special secrets to germinating violas?
