They don't bother the Hosta too much, but they LOVE the strawberries. They often get to them before I can. But, we've all got to eat, right? LOL

Our domestic rabbits love strawberries. It is especially funny to watch our buck eat them, as he looks like a murderer, with red juice dripping all down his white chin, and all over his face. He really gets 'into' them!

Reminds us of the rabbit scene in Monty Python's Search for the Holy Grail. Just a wee, harmless litlle buuny rabbit.

Send us some pics when you can, I'd love to see that! I don't have deer here, but I'd love to. My neighbors get them, but our yard doesn't border on the woods...maybe I should be glad...no murdering bucks to speak of! LOL

oh, how sweet!!! what a great pic, can't believe the bun let you get that close!

S/He does run away a lot, but is getting better. Yesterday I got within 3 feet or so. I had a friend who could hand feed their wild bunnies...but they were still afraid of other people. She had generations of bunnies she fed.

You have to move really slow and stay near the ground. The taller you are the more you scare them. They watch you the whole time...and so do my neighbors...thinking I'm a nut job. Oh, well...maybe they are right! LOL :)

...now to get some pics of the butterflies and goldfinches!!
