It looks like rabbit tracks to me but I don't know what kind of rabbit. You can change the search word on the bottom link to jackrabbit, swamp rabbit or cottontail and look at images of those. They are thumbnails you can enlarge.

Some sort of rabbit - the combination of long paw print with small print aren't made by any other animals.

It's too badly melted out to say how big the rabbit was, or even whether it was cottontail or jackrabbit.

I apologize for not reading your original post very well. I assumed the tracks were found in Arkansas instead of Oklahoma. This link has distribution maps for different types of rabbits/jackrabbits in the US.
