It looks like Solanum dulcamara, climbing nightshade.
Birds spread the seed around. I've found more vines growing out of a hedge due to the birds sitting there.

I also think that the two bottom pictures are of privet leaves and berries. I do think it has berries.......not to mention it is not native and highly invasive!!

Oh, vonyon....highly invasive? I knew it wasn't native. Like I said, the hedge came with the house. I was going to leave it till my stuff got some size on it. I think I need to rethink that one.

BTW, I emailed it to my girlfriend. She has it also, only in her privets. That's the only place this stuff is here also. Why? Anyone know?

Until you get a chance to take out the privet, you can at least control it's spread by nipping off the berries and throwing them in the trash.

How strange that both of you have the nightshade growing in the privets. Perhaps the bird that likes nightshade fruit also likes to hang out in privets?
