My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

i have the same color scheme

i have black appliances and white cabinets and absolutely NO stainless steel. do you think a stainless sink on a black island would look ok?

    I think stainless steel would work. I think black or white would be too much - but that's just my personal opinion, I'm not a professional decorator. At Rule4 we like Moen sinks - there are lots of options on their website. http://www.moen.com/
