Edgeworthia chrysantha
Hello, I have recently bought and planted a Edgeworthia chrysantha (Paper bush tree). It has been a burden every since I brought it home. First, I had the hardest time deciding where to plant it. According to the tag it is, "partial sun," but every website I looked at said something different, from full shade to full sun. So I was finally content with where I had planted it and it was leafed-out and looking so pretty.... and then we had a two-night frost and my leaves destroyed! They are wilting and dying. To have made such an investment, I am worried to death it is going to die. Has this happened to any of you guys, and if so, what can I expect? I am assuming the leaves will just continue to die back and eventually fall off, but will it grow new leaves, or will the whole tree die, or will I just have a naked tree until next year?
