I've had luck with the double impatients. I'm trying a New Guinea one this year. I just take cutting of the impatients, stick them in water and plant them in good potting soil when the roots form. You can keep them in a window. They do get leggy however. Haven't tried licorice plant or vinca.

Vinca vine overwinters nicely as a houseplant. It may help to trim it back a bit. I've rooted cuttings with mine.

Impatiens, including the specialty ones you mention, will overwinter indoors as pot plants or cuttings. They do well with indoor light and temperatures, but they prefer more humidity. Hot dry air encourages spider mites, and this will be your main problem with these plants indoors. I lost almost my entire crop of rooted cuttings this year to spider mites.

I spray them at least every other day ~~
helps with pest and moisture.
