Very difficult to tell from that pic. From the shape of the leaf and flower it could be Trillium grandiflora but I can't really see it in that tiny shot. Got a better picture?

It does look like a trillium to me as well although the flowers on our trilliums up here have MUCH bigger flowers unless those are just opening or just finishing their flowering period.

On first glance I also thought of wild ginger but the veins in the leaves are wrong.

Could be T. sulcatum or T. flexipes, which are similar. The petals of flexipes are more triangular in shape. Both hold the flowers above the leaves, like grandiflorum. All 3 are native in a few areas in eastern-north AL, adjacent to TN & GA.
