not me. I do mine in containers and I leave them inside until they are up. Nothing yet out of 9 although tubers are healthy (I dug sown and checked)

They love hot soil, give them time, it's been cool.
Mine aren't up either, but they will be in another 3-4 weeks.

Mine popped the lid off the box I was storing them in so all those are up, of course. Some even a foot high out of the ground now. I planted them last week about 4" deep. Of the tubers that were not yet sprouted (the ones on the bottom of the box), I don't expect to see them for about 3 weeks or so...given warm temps and water. Once they do, they will really take off! As DaddyLongLegs says, they love hot soil...don't worry, be happy!
