We moved into our house last fall, and have two ~10 year old redbuds near the street.

This spring, they've started to bloom, but the bloom has moved from the south side of the trees towards the north side (blooms followed by leaves), but after a few weeks, the north side of both trees still haven't bloomed.

Last Fall both trees had full leaves until they dropped.

Is this normal, or could something be going on? Any suggestions?
