I do hate to start a thread that's off-topic and I hope that it won't be knocked off because of it, but I have looked through all of the forums and I still can't find what I'm looking for.

I'm pretty new to GardenWeb in general, and for that matter, a novice at gardening. IS there a section where new gardeners can gather, and perhaps get advice from the 'experts'?

And also... on GardenWeb, do you get a profile? I can't seem to find any way of reaching it, and it would be easier to see all of the places I'd written in a list as opposed to searching the website trying to find them.

Thanks! Just some general questions. ;)
