Rosemary not growing

I live near La Crosse and purchased a rosemary plant which was very healthy. It continues to look healthy it just is not growing. I have basil and orregano and both of those are doing great. Any tips or help would be appreciated. There are no bugs on the plant and I have been faithful about watering it.

Try giving it a shot of Miracle-gro or some compost tea. Rosemay loves this hot weather, it may just be a little "hungry".
