Help identify killer insect

I live in North Texas and in the same house for 14 years and have never had these critters until the last week to 2 weeks. They range from small to up to about 2 inches or so. It seems on top they have an armor similar to an armidillo but underneath they resemble a caterpillar/inchworm. They seem to have a 2-prong stinger on the tail-end and will sting and eat anything they run into, including inchworms, tarantulas and even each other. On the tarantulas they will burrow into its abdomen as they feed. This all sounds gross and believe me it is. Sorry the picture is kinda fuzzy but had to get it under the 60k limit. If you would like a better or even more pics I can send. Any help would be greatly appreciated as they are taking over and driving me CRAZY!!!! Also this is my first posting so be gentle LOL
