Name That Spider!

I'm calling him the french-burnt peanut spider as I try to find someone to identify him. Sadly, many do not know what a french-burnt peanut IS, so my description fails. How about this picture, then? The legs are curled under. You're looking mostly at the back.

Thanks for any help -- I'm really curious about this guy.

Pretty good description, actually. I ate a lot of those burnt peanut candies as a kid. No clue on the spider.

I know what those candies are. It's a candy coated peanut that's bumpy, right?

Spider is some type of spiny orb weaver.

Yay, yay, yay! I have been really kind of dying to know what it is. Thanks, chuckr30! And yes -- you've identified the candy, too.
