First you must change your attitude about them. They provide an incredible service to us humans in that they eliminate literally millions of other insects that would otherwise invade your home. They are predators that reduce other insect populations greatly.
Having said that, if you have some of them invading your home invest in a bunch of chemical-free glue traps and place them in remote places in your home where your pets can't accidentally get their paws stuck to them. Glue traps are quite effective. Let the spiders do their God-given task of eating other bugs outside! They are doing you a favor.

I put glue traps into closed "shoe boxes" and seal them with tape to keep the pets out. I cut several holes into the sides of the boxes at the bottom to let hunting spiders enter, then they will become trapped in the glue.

The spiders will only remain in your home if there is sufficient prey (ie bugs) to feed upon.

No reason to worry.
