My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Master bath

New distressed black vanity. Siltstone top on vanity and tub deck. Subway tile with glass accent around tub. Wainscot on tub front. Weathered word look ceramic tile on floor. Moen faucets. Recessed lighting , sconces, chandelier over tub. Rubbed oil bronze shower doors.

      First pic is before. The rest are after. The before vanity was a builder grade vanity that was painted.

      the carpet makes it look bad as well as the curtain in addition to that is the floor wood? transformation is not good.

      I'd consider myself lucky to have the before bathroom. If you are so in need of "before" bathrooms to redo that you have to tackle a perfectly good one, I have one to offer you... ;)

      HI --- Totaly against code to have a chandelier over the tub !!!! Must only be a flushmount fixture with nothing electrical hanging down. SO PLEASE NO HANGING CHANDELIER OVER THE TUB !!!!!

      While code is for a good reason - like someone might reach up and grab the chandelier while standing in a tub of water - the chandelier is stunning. Mine didn't get installed until after the practical flushmount fixture passed inspection. :)
