Why would Public TV experience be any different? The Age of Broadband has arrived.

Broad band has to be purchased.

After traveling across the US this past winter I noticed that public tv only came on about 75% of the time at random hotels etc...it seems that commerical TV has more control over what will be seen.

Censorship is a concern.

Of course PBS has become more commercialized over the recent past years than before, nonetheless I would hate to think that our choices would be more limited ( kinda ironic to say since digital will open up so much more channels, yet will public broadcasting lose its voice?)

I can actually do without TV , myself.

And Perhaps you are right, Marshal, perhaps it will be no different.
