Well, at only a third of an inch long, I don't think think they can take on the super-sized slugs in my area, even if we could interest them in shell-less snails.

I doubt (@ least I hope) nobody's thinking of importing 'em, but just remember even the biggest slugs/snails start out tiny.

We have what're called 'caseworms' here - tiny caterpillars w/ a flattened, elliptical case approx. 1/4' or smaller.They climb the walls on my back porch & I find many of the empty cases in my garage.I'm not sure what they eat, tho - hafta look that up.
