GE Profile Spacemaker II PEM31SMSS - specs say 12-9/32" depth. But you may want to double check the ones you've looked at and make sure the handle isn't included in the depth dimension. Two other things I'll mention - 1) Do not consider removing drywall behind Micro to save the 1/2" it's a fire hazard and code violation. 2) Less depth = less target air capture, especially from the front burners.

The PEM31SMSS isn't an over the range micro hood - it's just a regular MW. I don't know of any OTR micro hoods that won't stick out.
