This house is over 7000 SF, but this is larger than we typically build. We do a lot of homes that are around the square footage that you're looking for, and we'd love to meet with you sometime. Are you already working with a builder?

Thank you for taking time to answer my questions. We are active duty Air Force retiring soon. We will be coming back to the San Antonio area summer of 2013, hopefully for our last assignment. Texas is home and we will be building on our property in Vintage Oaks unless something else catches our eye. The only builder that we have talked to (gone through their model home) is Anderson Jenkins. The only thing we discussed was cost per square foot, with the same build out quality of the model.
