I wish I could edit my own post. Center drawer is lined in green velveteen, but no flatware dividers.

It certainly looks like an Arts and Crafts piece. Even in less-than-perfect condition, it's really beautiful.

I went back to look at it again, and I'm passing, as I just don't have time to nurse it back to health. It's at the Out of the Closet thrift store in Pasadena, CA.

It weighs a ton, and is $200. The carving is pretty well done.

It is an incredable piece. Were you able to find any marks on the piece that might tell you the manufacturer. I would only clean the piece to maintain its patina. For $200 I would almost consider driving to Pasadena. Do you ever go to the big antique meets at the Rose Bowl?

I couldn't find anything, and I took out each drawer. It's not splintering but it does need some refinishing on the top. The people at the store (it's the one out on Colorado) don't know anything.

I used to go to the Rose Bowl, but it's sort of crammed with new stuff vendors. I think Long Beach is better.
