We have the KA 42" built-in SXS fridge and really like it. It works well, and is pretty much silent except when the valve for the water line opens/closes (not horrible, just audible). We have the one with the water dispenser, and love that the ice container is in the door rather than in the freezer compartment itself. It gave us more usable storage space in the freezer, rather than in the door (the shlves aren't huge, but they work!).

I did notice an occasional buzzing noise coming from the freezer compartment in recent months. Appears to be coming from the ice maker, maybe when it's "on" (about to make ice?). I don't think this is a problem at all, but since I don't recall hearing it prior to last month, I might call KA to double-check one of these days. Obviously not something I'm really concerned about!
