Nice looking house. Just consider if you want to work in a kitchen with no windows. That's what I have now, and I can't wait in my next kitchen to have my sink under 3 large windows. Which direction would be south facing on your lot?

Thanks for your review......appreciate your input. South would be on the front of the house.....BTW, we have changed to a silimar (but slightly different) plan---name is Sand Mountain, plan #977

It's ironic....our current kitchen has window over sink on front of house.....we think the large window area at breakfast table will provide natural light....

Sand mountain is a great looking house. Love the detached garage. I'd flip the plan so you could get eastern morning light in your breakfast room (and make sure your walkway to the garage doesn't block it). If you are in a cold climate, remember that the rooms on the south side will get the best warm, winter sun, as long as there is no porch on the south side to block the light.
