Just got a quote of 21.95 for a 4x8 sheet of Zip Sheathing. Does this sound high to anyone?

Not sure, but I have heard that the prices have come way down and are now only slightly above plywood.

no it does not. around here it is about $13/sheet. look else where I would say. Also get a price on the tape and figure out how much you need. Trust me, that will add up!
