I am buying a house and a finished bathroom in the basement has a block glass window and no vent. Our inspector says that an operable window or a vent should be installed to keep away mold and mildew. He recommends the vent.

The bathroom is on an exterior wall that is above grade. What is cost range to have a contractor install a vent and exhaust it out the exterior wall? Is this a recommended solution?
