I just loved this table Kathleen and commented on your blog about all the lovely accessories you have to go with it.. Each time I see those adorable skates,
I will be kicking myself for not buying a pair...so I can join the 'Skating Party'! I did have them in my 'hot little hands'..but 'no devil made me get them'..lol :(
I like how you placed them on the mirror with the shaved paper. All that's needed is a little fur hat and muff and 'Woosh'!!
The flatware, napkin rings and the little silver sleds...were made for this table...Loved how you used the 'ice blue' for an accent color too.
I'm just about ready for some of that Chicken Pot Pie..it looks so good and I'm nice an hungry now. You always make your recipes so easy to follow..Love that.

Are you getting snowed in like we are here? I was feeling good that the other snowfall was just about all gone...
I guess it was too soon to party. Drats!

kathleen...what drew my eye 1st on your table was that beautiful cut t'cloth...& icy blue napkins...very pretty & soothing.

Love the accents you used with the silver snowflake rings & those little silver sleds with the kisses...darling! Also those little butter cloches...I will be on the outlook for some...was changing Dollbaby's vignette today & wishing I had some miniature cloches! Yours would be perfect! Thanks for showing me some!

Each placesetting is gorgeous (as I know they will be coming from you)...love the dinnerware, stemware & esp using your new flatware here...works perfectly!

And the centerpc is just adorable! Good planning & creativity! TFS, kathleen! Enjoyed! Jeanne S.

The skates are absolutely darling, I'm drooling. The whole table is fantabulous. I'm with Jeannie, those little butter cloches are the cutest ever. I want the silverware. The little sleds are precious and I too love the cut-work over the blue. Your blog is so well-done, even DH looks on to see what's happening.

Left a comment on your blog but forgot to mention how much I like your new flatware--it is so cute and just perfect along with those little sleds and kisses. You always come up with such great ideas. Just darling. Luvs

I love it. The colors are perfect and those skates are too cute. Looks like you are all ready for Hans Brinker to come to dinner!

That chicken pot pie looks totally yummy too!

Kathleen, I love your table, You really captured the essence of the season. The cut work table cloth is lovely. Are the skates from CTS?
The chicken pot pie is the perfect meal for a cold winter's day.

As usual another superb table - Love how you pulled the theme together but I am really liking that cutwork table cloth - another piece that can be used for any tablesetting - very nice .....

Thank you, Jane. Yes, it snowed again last night, and more expected tonight to add to the stuff that was still there!

Thank you , Lynne. I love that cloth too, I have had it for years!

Jeanne, yes, doll Baby must have a cloche. CTS had the little butter cloches for 1.50!

Karen, yes the skates are from CTS. I was hesitant to buy them. They are breakable so may be a problem to store!

Candy, Hans Brinker was a fave of mine. I remember getting it in 4th grade from my aunt, and couldn't put it down!

Luvs, none of your comments show up on my blog. But thank you for trying. Did they show up on OA's?

Frou, too funny your DH looks as mine never does!

Thank you all for taking the time to comment! :)

Another wonderful table with all the perfect touches. Your chicken pot pie looks delicious. Love your chicken dish you baked it in. I have a yummy cp pie recipe of DM and it is one of my families favorite dishes. Not as much work as yours though.lol

    Kathleen,
I went back again for another "chilling" look. It certainly mimics the weather you are having. Hmmmm. That pear in the next posts looks yummy.

Love your table, actually saw it when I checked your blog. The blues & whites are so pretty together for winter time and the little butter cloches & the little sleds are to die for.

Another wonderful table from our Kathleen! Where do you get the energy???

Kathleen, thanks for letting me know that. I opened a google acct. so I could post on blogs and not be "anonymous", but I missed one step when doing it. I commented on your pear post and it worked! Yeah!
