The original "standard bath" template, which fit a 60" x 32" bathtub, toilet and sink/vanity was 60" x 84".

If the door is in the right place you can make it work

Thanks for the help palimpsest, from what I can find online, it is code to have 30" width for a toilet, do you know if there is a minimum for the sink?

That same layout shown by suero can also work with the door in the short wall, where the diagram says 2'5", or even doors in both locations. I lived in a house where we had this layout with two doors, one from the main bedroom and one from the hall. Worked well for us.

Another compact layout is to have the sink and toilet both on the wall opposite the tub. In other words, sitting on the toilet, you're facing the tub; washing at the sink, your back is to the tub. The door can be either between sink and tub or between toilet and tub, or both. I have this layout in my current house.

If you just want a stand-up shower, with no tub, you probably have even more options.

Here's a link with some useful guidelines for clearance between fixtures. Also be aware there are requirements for clearance in front of fixtures, to the wall or another fixture. But above all, you must check your *local* building code.
