Doing a happy dance

Oh yes, I got a new laptop for Christmas! I can post again and blog and have fun and chat! I'm so happy to be back and I can't wait to check out everything I've missed.

I know it's a little late...but here are some of my Christmas decorations if anyone wants to see them.

Here is a link that might be useful: Christmas at my home

    DG,
I love, love, love the Hoosier cabinet!!
Your victorian ornaments look fabulous in your home and I think it might be more "traditional" than the red and green theme, since the Victorian Era precedes what is considered traditional today.
The W of O tree is wonderful and I am also a Hallmark fan, although I haven't collected any of the Oz ornaments.

DreamGoddess - your place is just beautiful and so romantic - I am so glad that you got a computer back and can post again. It was you and Judithva several years ago that inspired me to do my completely Victorian pink Christmas in our masterbedroom and it is my favorite room ( I still need my traditional red/green in other rooms). I really enjoyed ALL your pictures and look forward to many more .....

"If anyone wants to see them..." are you kidding!!!
Your Christmas decor is always like a DREAM, and this year's was that and more! I'll never get my jaw off the floor where I dropped it. And where on earth do I even start?? You make me want a Christmas Lady (I loved Judith's too). The elegance and romance is just breath-taking. The Victorian looks really appeals to me.
The beautiful trees, WOW. The Wizard of Oz Tree is delightful. Your buffet....send to me asap please. With the decor of course! Then there is that mantel, OH MY!
I clicked on each photo to see the big version, and all the details you do are just wonderful.

Of course I snagged some photos for the Inspiration albums.
And if anyone were to think PINK doesn't go with Christmas, then I'm sure you've just converted them! (some of you guys did that to me several years ago. LOL. I can't believe I use to not like Pink!!)
I'm so glad you are back, loaded with photos, and have a new computer to play with. Happy New Year!
I'm also so glad to see more Christmas decorations. I just NEVER get tired of looking at them, any time of year. If I had my way, we'd do a Christmas vignette or table once a month! LOL.

Well, I'm going back and look at it all a few more times tonight. Your blog is always bookmarked but I'll spending a lot of time on this post of yours. LOL.

    hugs, Karen

Welcome back, Dream, and congrats on such a nice present from Santa. I remembered your candyland decor, so yummy looking and perfect on your beautiful hoosier cabinet. Your stacked plates and dressed up lady do Judith proud I'm sure! ;o) My most fav thing is your mantel, that thing is a real beauty even without all the wonderful decorations! Don't be a stranger, we always love hearing from you.

I'm so glad to see you back, I've missed my fellow pinkie. All your Christmas decorations and your blog are beautiful. I love the cross stitched noel it looks great on your lovely buffet. On the tea cart my favorite is the pink angel and of course I love all the trees. Your tiered plates are out of this world and your lady statue is great in pink. I have always wanted to copy that vignettte, we think so much alike I swear we could be twinkies. I got a new laptop for Christmas, but I still like using a wireless mouse, I can't get used to the pad curser. There is so many lovely things on your blog, I'll have to go take a second look later.

First of all I love your Dining Room. Always have and eveytime you show a tablesetting, like this one, for
either a special ocassion or not, I just love looking.
Your buffet is my one of my favorites, and I love how you decorate it.
All your trees are lovely and I spotted some old ornaments that I have too. Your pink tiered plates are just stunning! I always loved your Candy theme Kitchen too. In fact, everything is done so elegantly, and enjoyed looking.

No wonder you're doing the "happy dance!" Yippee!

Yup, dream, for about $20 or $30, you can get a wireless mouse...works wonderful with laptops! I also got one of those laptop desk things that are flat & you set your LT on it...then at the right side, there's a small slide out for use of your mouse. Works great! I use my DH's LT sometimes & couldn't get used to the pad thingy either!

I love the icicle/ornies pic...gorgeous! I'm saving that pic for maybe a scaled-back version (for my woodsy house) next yr...that is way cool!

Your Hoosier cabinet is so CUTE & pretty & lit up! Love that part of it...so nice & full of goodies & then lights to make it all sparkle!...a real life Candyland! Love all the glass you use, too..the apothecary jars filled with candy & such. so gorgeous...such an ideal representation of Victorian style! No more words to decribe it...I am just in AWE. My fav is your angel vignette on top of your china closet...beautiful ...& your snow queens on the table.

Oh, I am so glad you shared your Moonlight 2011 pics! It is a treat to walk thru your home...TFS! Jeanne S.
