My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

sure missing Luvs here lately

I have a feeling Christmas kind of 'smacked' Luvs as she's not been posting anything. Her second Christmas without her beloved Rich, and its probably hit her as hard if not harder than the first. (I know I went thru that 2012 with losing my Dad. Surprised me how bad I was the 2nd one!)

I hope she's been lurking, but need to check on her as I'm getting worried now. Been too long.
I LUV that lady so much.
