Ready for Another Green Table?

It's hard to follow Kathlenn but thought I would share what I put together. Thanks to my kids, I do love them, I have new to me dishes to share for this table. I thought of Karen with this set of dinnerware.

    Beautiful! Punk
Love love your new dishes and the etched glasses.
So cute to see your sundae making a holiday appropriate appearance as well.
Job well done as always :).

Love the tablecloth giant compote and the wine goblets. Very nice items!

Now, I don't know anything about dog breeds, but I'm assuming that you have a little Irish Setter on the table, right?

Punk, that is super gorgeous!! I'm trying to figure out how to save just ONE photo for the Inspiration albums.
You make it tough. Maybe I'll put them in different albums and save several that way. LOL.
That dang Greenie Monster just attacked me again, you are way too talented for one person. No wonder I didn't get any!

That's a Cocker Spaniel, OA. Tho hair and ears similar on both breeds. The Irish are big dogs with red coats.
(LOL, I live and breathe dog stuff.)

    hugs, Karen

Punk, wonderful tablescape - I really like that tablecloth, looks vintage. Your new dishes are great for St Pat's Day but also good for anytime. Cute how the truffle wraps have leaves similar to your plates! Are they mint truffles? Yum...

Very festive! Love those "new to you" dishes..the the leaves & violets pattern! & crystal pcs! Cool centerpc with hat & truffles, too! And the Irish blessing plaque finishes it off! Again, a very festive tablescape! TFS, punk! Jeanne S.

Aw, love all your St. Paddy's day decor & the dishes are perfect for this holiday!

I was not going to do one this year, I cannot find anything in the stores & I winged it with very little the last two years!!! UGH!!

I do have doggie statues though, love your cocker sitting there too!

Very pretty, Punk! Love your tablecloth and your beautiful new plates. Green, lavender & white is one of my all-time favorite combinations (Sigh!). Your crystal votive holders look wonderful on this table and so does your candy sundae!
I'm not sure I'm going to do a St.Paddy's Day table this year, as DD's birthday is the day after. I sure do like seeing all of yours, though!

I love the table cloth and the dishes with the violets, they look great together. You all are making me want to do a St. Paddy's table, but the bunnies have already taken over at my house.

I love those dishes..they blend in so nicely with your green decor!
    Good job..

Perfect tablecloth, Punk, did you already have it on hand or was it a recent find? The crystal and your new dishes are very pretty too. Don't you just love the Irish sayings? They are so fun. Luvs

Milosmom, Thanks, glad you like my new dishes. I started to dump my sundae out when it hit me to just sit it on the table for now. I had already dumped my blue one out I thought I might use for Easter.

OA, thanks, I bought the tablecloth at TJ MAXX for this table. The giant compotes were from the kids.

Karen, you are very talented and you do know your dogs. Thanks for your comments.

Luckygal, I just bought that tablecloth and had planned to use my white dishes until I received this set. The truffles aren't mint but your right the leaves are similar.

Jeanne, thanks and I'm glad you think my table is festive. The Irish Blessing is a key holder but I thought it would work. The hat was one I took from the office and so is the green and white clover spray.

Yachter, your tables always turn out great. The tablecloth really made mine look like the Holiday. Without it I don't think one would of thought of it as festive.

Thanks, Lynn, I would combine the 2 if nothing else. Depending on what DD wants. I'm sure if you ask she will let you know.LOL You have done so many beautiful tables lately that you are probably getting tired. The votive holders are one of the oldest I own.

Syble, I bet the bunnies have taken over. You have quite a collection. Do what ever makes you happy. We love seeing all of your collections.

Kathleen, glad you like the dishes. It was hard for me at first to do something like a flowered plate and plaid tablecloth but sure doesn't bother me any more.

Luvs, I just bought this tablecloth. Glad you like the dishes. I would of never thought to put a key holder on my table for decoration until I started over here.LOL It's the only saying I have.

This reminds me I should get my plaques out. Thanks again everyone.

Punk, I can't get over how pretty those dishes are. I keep looking at the photos over and over.
As for knowing dogs, LOL, over 35 yrs of showing dogs is the reason. There's around 160 breeds registered by AKC now, and I am familiar with most of them, tho I've only shown 4 breeds myself. (All in the Sighthound group.) I grew up loving all dogs tho.

Frou, don't be mean to your bunnies...like Kathleen is to poor Spud. I think once upon a time she let him out for St Patrick's and he looked so spiffy. In my book, LOL, bunnies are for ANY time.

Karen, must be why I thought of you when I got them. Your cloche is so darn cute. I love the reflection of it in the mirror. I need to try this in time. I bought a tall footed apothecary jar but don't know what to put in it.LOL Maybe I can think of something for Easter.

    Karen ::
Your cloche is sooo cute. I can't get over how creative you always are with them.
I'd love to try one but I have such a problem buying BIG pieces that I don't think I even own much of anything that would fit (the little silver deer for Christmas excluded..lol) in one.

Karen, your little leprechaun looks right at home in there with the little bunny. Cute!

Punk, it looks great! I love the glassware and compote -- and those violet plates!!! what a great present for you!!! :)

You guys are doing these 'tablescapes' faster than I can even read the posts! lol!

PM, thanks for your comments. I want to try another tablescape with these plates with some new placemats DD gave me and see how it looks so you may get a new setting soon.

I know what you mean by being hard to keep up on here. This is what makes this forum so fun and keeps us coming back.LOL

Like Karen, I keep coming back to look at your beautiful plates, Punk. Will you think about using them in another tablescape after St.P's Day to show us? I'd love to see them in a sweet Spring luncheon table or a romantic dinner table. Heck, I just want to see them in more tables, period ;^D

Punk, my spring 'nosegays' would look gorgeous with those plates: I fill tiny vases with violets (of course), grape hyacinths, lily of the valley, and forget-me-not.

    Love it!!

You inspired me so that I took all my Mardi Gras down today.

    St. Paddy...here I come!!

Lynn, I do plan to use them with some flowered placemats DD gave me. I don't have time to plan for the occasion at this point in my life but will set some kind of a table. The set is by Waverly and called Sweet Violet.

PM, I wish I had some of your spring nosegays. I will see what I have for artificial flowers and try to come up with something different.

Wanda, I'm so glad your inspired and I'm sure we will all be excited to see your beautiful setting.

Thanks for all your comments and I will start thinking about my next table.LOL

purplemoon...I love your cloche for St. Paddy's also! Your decor is just so darn cute!

I got a bargain on Sat. (gone for the weekend) at a K-mart..pedestal cake plate with dome cover & knob like on your cloche...clearance Martha Stewart clear glass $9...13" plate...so will do some Spring decor with it!

Thanks for all the inspiration...punk...and all others! Jeanne S.
