We just installed an S300 Washlet (elongated) and it works great for the derriere. But when my wife tries to use the "Front Cleansing" setting it does not reach where it should, if you know what I mean.

I have called TOTO support. They say the extension of the wand is correct and working as designed - 2 1/4" horizontal from the rear when on "Front" and maximum front position.

A delicate question but I need to know from those who are successfully using it ... is there some technique for her to use? Just sitting farther back?
