You want the really dreamy stuff? For me it would be a greenhouse window to grow ferns and humidity-loving plants that I can't grow anywhere else in my house :) Or other spots for plants. If there can be a kitchenette in a bathroom...I want a little spot to tend to plants...a luxurious potting bench. Vitoria Regia granite :)

Actually, in my dreams I have an outdoor/pool bathroom that can be outdoorsy-luxury and be part of an outdoor structure that includes a really nice indoor plant and potting area and kitchenette. Rustic elegance with drains in the stone floors etc. Louvered or rattan doors on the cabinets, that sort of thing. Big picture windows that overlook the pool and vegetable garden.

Your pictures are gorgeous. My fantasies are fueled by memories of our honeymoon cottage in Kauai with it's indoor/outdoor bathroom. Outdoors-y green luxury.
