Any elegant solutions to multiple charger-'bricks'?

Hello!

We are redoing all electricity (and walls) in a new house. I'm wondering, if the modern-age problem of having a multitude of charger/converter "bricks" lying around power outlets has been solved already?

Between the two of us here, for example, there are two cell-phones, a Blackberry, a music-player -- each with a little black brick of its own. PLUS the regular cordless phone has its own brick, as well as the Internet-router and the DSL-modem. Each device draws very little current, but each "brick" takes up a power outlet anyway... The common solution is a power-strip, but I wonder, if there is something nicer already?..

I'm thinking about a device, that could be built into a wall (or a custom cabinet), that would have multiple connectors with different voltages. Something of a "universal adapter" (a.k.a. "universal charger"), but, possibly, built-in...

Does such a thing exist?.. Thanks!
