A Little Bit O' Easter

Set up a little Easter setting. The eggs are hand painted from Canada. I used DGD feathers to help display them on my stacking plates, thanks to Karen.

    How pretty!
I looove the eggs that are nestled into the feathers. Very unique.

A little bit of Easter?? Lots like a LOT to me. My goodness! You're surely getting me in the spirit. Those pearlescent eggs are lovely. Do you have some sort of light (or string of lights) back of the boa? Really makes a nice glow.

Your egg tree is lovely, & I'm really going to have to try those stacking plates! Yours looks so neat with the feathers & eggs! Very creative.

Yachter--can't you just add in a bit of blue and pink with your yellow and green--they are all pastels and Spring colors????

Punk, aren't the stacked plates a fun way to decorate? I love using them as a centerpiece too since they are pretty all the way around. Looks like you have been having fun pulling out the decorations!

Luvs, I did look at my big bunny (from TJ Max) from 2 years ago (didn't use it last year) and it does have some pink on it, so I guess all I need is a pink runner, placemats & some pink flowers. I don't even have white or off white placemats I could use. (note to self, look for more neutrals at garage sales this year)!!!!

Acutally should have learned that from Kathleen, so has so many mix & match pieces and I need to look for that type.

I have NOTHING pink & I actually love the color!

Yachter, I love pink but love it that Easter can be any pastel color. I want to see your Big Bunny!

MM, thanks. I've only had the egg tree for a couple years and it's pretty simple but fit on the top of my cake plates.

OA, thanks so much for the sweet comments. I do have a light behind my cake stacker. I'm so happy your getting the spirit. I can hardly wait to see what you come up with.

Cindy, glad you like the cake stacker with feathers and eggs. I haven't done much with mine but wanted to share the eggs and this seemed like a way to do it. Hope to see yours soon.

Luvs, the plate stacker was fun and I need to think of more ways to use mine.LOL I have way to many decorations but it's fun to finally use more of them. DM must be thrilled looking down.

Jeanne, thanks, I can hardly wait to see what DGD has to say when she sees her feathers! Let's hope she doesn't just pull on it...

Punk, that last photo is really gorgeous the way you did it! Your egg tree is very pretty, and how neat it fit the stacked plates. I'd never have thought of using a feather boa, it looks really good. Especially with those pretty eggs you have.
Combining the silver set, the cute bunnies, and the lovely tree and stacked plates...quite eclectic, and an interesting mix. I always love seeing what you create!

It doesn't get any better for me than pink feathers. Every little bit is just wonderful. I like the little cut out egg, years back I took a class on doing cut out eggs and it was a lot of fun. I really need to get some stacking plates.
