My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Spring sign

Found this little Spring pattern while browsing through some of my old painting magazines. It tickled my "funnybone" because it has hearts for Valentine's, shamrocks for St. Paddy's, and a bunny with eggs for Easter. I have it hanging on my side yard gate so it can be seen when you pull into the driveway. Hope it brings a smile to your face too. ;o) Luvs
