Flatware for Pinecone Lovers

I was searching for something other than pinecone items and came across this flatware. Now that I think about it, maybe it was acorns and not pinecones that everyone loves so much. Oh well, here it is anyway.

I think it's Lynne that has the gorgeous pinecone dishes, but several of us like pinecones--and ACORNS! LOL

    OA,
Nice pinecone flatware. I'll bet Lynn would love to have these to go with her plates. I really like her dishes and these would be perfect.

I love pinecones and acorns now, thanks to all here who show so many wonderful items.

OA...I LOVE this! Wish I could see it in person...will keep a lookout...I like "heavy" ... and LOVE pine trees! TFS!

Yes, Jeanne, I'm with you. I like a heavy look as well, and even chose it when picking out my sterling. I think a woods-y look especially calls for heavier flatware. You'd be taking a change with these. Maybe the seller could take a couple of photographs from the side.

Cabela's & Bass Pro Shops carry the pinecone flatware sets as well as other outdoor themed patterns. I need to get DH to want to go to Bass one of these weekends so I can see the sets in person.

Hey, I didn't know Bass Pro Shops carried flatware! Are you saying they have more in there than fishing stuff? We have a huge one nearby but I've never been in there--guess maybe I need to go check it out! LOL

    Luvs,
That is exactly what I am saying :) I cannot personally vouch for the quality of the flatware but I am willing to try to get by there soon and take a looksee ;)

OA, the pine cone flatware looks lovely. I keep debating on splurging and getting that "Bee"-handled flatware by Horchow at Neimen Marcus that quite a few people in Blogland have. When I saw the pine cone ones you posted, I thought the Bees would be good for spring/summer and the pine cones for fall/winter. If only, I had the cash to have "seasonal" flatware!

I'm with you, DD. I don't think a woman can have too many different flatware sets, do you?
I can't remember ever seeing the Bee flatware before. It sure has a very outdoor/patio/summer feel to it.

I don't go to very many blogs. It creates needs in me, so I try to limit my blog visiting.

Bye the way, aren't you the person with the outdoor covered lounge - the person whose husband helped me with questions about the deck foundation? The deck I ended up helping to build for my son and daughter-in-law came out rather well and we used concrete slabs, just as your hubby suggested. Please extend my thanks to him.
