I have a Danze pull-down faucet in the kitchen and a Danze single handle faucet in our half-bath. We've had the faucets for almost 2 years. When our plumber installed the faucets he was impressed with the quality, warranty, and how easy they were to install.

About 1 year ago I noticed some discoloration on the pull-down spout of the kitchen faucet. I called Danze and was very impressed with their customer service. The representative asked me a few questions and then said they would mail me a new spout. Within 2 weeks I had the new piece and replacing it was very easy. I have had no further issues with the faucets. I have 2 baths to remodel upstairs and am planning to use Danze faucets based upon my experience with them and their attractive price.

I have a Danze Melrose faucet in my kitchen. It has been a lemon from the start. It leaks, the spray button on the pull down broke and the only way to stop the leak was to tighten something that makes it difficult to pull out the sprayer.

I admit I never called customer service, I called the plumber. My plumber is one of those old-timey guys who has seen it all. He said it is a piece of cr@p. I plan to avoid Danze products in my new bathroom.

I got one of these Danze faucets. No problems so far... *crossed fingers*

I was looking at getting a Danze Fairmont faucet. It's a new one with the actual faucet turns into a pull out sprayer. It seems like it would be nice for watering my plants.
