I'm building a new house and having a really hard time picking out toilets!!

My favorite in terms of looks in the Nexus, but in California I can only install the 1.2GPF E-max and not the 1.6 version.

The most important thing for me is that it doesn't clog. I'm just tired of the plunger :-(

I'm willing to switch to a toilet with DC if it works better.

Does it?
I can also install a dual flush toilet with 0.9/1.6 which is a way to get 1.6
Which toto would give me the best flush under the circumstances?

Need to pick them soon, would really appreciate any advice and experience.
