The small roof misalignments are expensive, unattractive and will cause maintenance problems.

We are modifying the roof and won't have those because we won't have cove ceilings.

I realize this original post was 10 years ago, but I was wondering if you built the Riverpointe plan and if so, how do you like it? What modifications did you make to the kitchen? My husband and I have narrowed our search down to this plan or another so I was trying to get some feedback from someone who built the Riverpointe. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
