I vote for star bulb. That is a wonderful basket, Sal. I love all your red, white, and blue. Especially love the tea or coffee dyed fabrics--gives them that anitquey, primative look. You've really been working to get all those stitched up! All the little metal stars and the tag looks just perfect with it too. Good job. Luvs

Very nice! I think I prefer the star bulb also.

absolutely adorable....are these things you do to sell, or for yourself????
You are an artist for sure!

Jaybird, I mostly do this for myself. I would however, like to try my luck at a craft show.

I vote for star, too. Very cute Sal, looks like a lot of work!

Ok, I'll take the candle bulb one then. LOL.
Everything is wonderful and Sal, you won't need "luck" to sell this stuff. Its a winner for sure. You might have to think about shipping some too!

I think you could definitely sell these at a craft show.

Oh, that arrangement is gorgeous, you should try a craft show!!

Thank you so much for all the wonderful comments, that's what I need to give me confidence to try a show. May I please, please ask if you would "price" the Star and the Box for a show (this is what scares me). I would deeply appreciate your help, it's outside opinions that I need. (Is it ok to ask this on the forum?) Some crafters have such terrific luck at a show and others just flop around like a fish out of water (the flopping around part terrifies me). I will say that I saw nothing like these crafts at our local Fall show last year. Most folks here are looking for something new and different. Again, I thank you for the confidence you've given me.

If you decide to sell and ship, I want the star!!!!! That is so cute!! I sew a lot, but would never have the patience to do the turning on those points!!!!

I like the Star candle. As for pricing I don't know I get everything discounted or at sales. This is new and different.
I noticed that the Terry's Village catalog has a lot of stars and stripes stuff You might look in there to get an idea of prices. I think you can google them.

Craftlady, I really like what you have done. Looks to me like they would be very popular at craft shows. I'm sorry, but I can't help price them; I haven't been to a show in a while.

Oh, and just so the little flame candle and Purplemoon won't feel so lonely, I'll pick the flame bulb also.

You might try looking on Gooseberry Patch's Web site. I haven't went on there in a long time, but from what I remember, they sell things along this line, so maybe they'll have something similar so you can get an idea of pricing.

I don't sew or make things, so I have no idea of how to price it. I would think you'd maybe want to at least double what you have in it in materials (though I may be lowballing this).

How creative and fun is your basket? Love it!

    Sal,

I love your basket and everything in it. I like the star bulb best also. You have done a wonderful job on making everything. Sorry, but I can't help you with pricing either, but if I saw your basket at a show I would love to buy it.
