Has anyone had any experience with pewter flatware and washing them in the dishwasher. I love the feel and look of the utensils, but the manufacturers often include warnings about dishwashing them. I am not that picky about keeping everything looking brand new (I do put my wood handled steak knives in the dishwasher). Just wondering how much damage the dishwasher does to them.
