I'm back, and all that I found was a piece of material and an older matelasse' bedcover. The fabric in the bedcover is lovely!! The material I bought is bright yellow with cherries on it....I will use it for cording and ties for my kitchen chairs...will also cover a lamp shade for the little lamp that sits in the corner of the kitchen counter!
The parade in Granbury was very nice and it didn't rain at all...it was however VERY hot and humid!!! Had lots of craft vendors, but nothing that I was looking for/couldn't make myself!! We did pigout on a funnel cake and a sausage on a stick!!

Jaybird, Welcome back. Sounds like you had a very good time and your bedspread sounds so pretty. The yellow fabric will look great on your chairs and as a lampshade. If it's going to be cording and ties what fabric are you using for the cushions?

Sorry, time out for a new baby...I'm finally catching up now!!! Sandi, the cushions will be black and white check on one side and yellow and white check on the other, with the yellow/cherry print for the ties and cording!
Kathleen be sure you DO tell your sister, and give her my email address! We would love to meet her and make her feel like a welcome Texan!! DH and I go to Arlington fairly often, and maybe she would like to venture down here...we are only about 100 miles south and right on an interstate that she can easily reach!
As to the camera...I think I have a solution, but somebody is going to have to help me! DS told me that I can have my 35MM pictures printed to disc and then I should be able to load them some sort of way so that they can be posted. He is going to help me as soon as he has time!

Jaybird, Your cushions sound perfect! I love checks and especially blacks and yellows. Can't wait to see your pics. And new babies always come first! ;~)
