They're so marvelous they don't even look real!

My hydrangeas at home look... sleepy. :-) They seem to want to call it a season and be done with it.

Even if they are browned you can spray them for the Holidays. They are a great filler with the greens.

Kathleen, that is GORGEOUS, do you dry them or wait for them to dry on the plant if you plan to spray paint them?

I have a new hydrangea plant & the poor thing put out one flower this year, but it's still pretty! Hoping it will look like yours by next year~ HAH !

I cut them before they get too brittle and put them in the garage, cool and dark. In Dec. I spray them.
Actually I am going to spray some gold next week for something I am doing..I'll post it so you can see how they look.
And you never know, you may get a lot of blooms next year. Feed fall, (now), and early spring with Hollytone. The Polish farmer I bought many from told me that's what should be done. And I am obedient!
