I feel so special having a post dedicated to me and my love of all things acorn! ;o) Those acorn bowls are darling. I would so love to sit at one of your cozy tables like that and enjoy a bowl of soup and some fun conversation with you!

I haven't made any of the "pops" yet because DH and I really don't need them--but they look so cute and sound so yummy. I'm thinking I might do some to share with little GD and maybe a couple of neighbors too. If I give most of them away, they won't go to waist--mine! LOL

I just don't know how you keep coming up with such neat ideas for tables, but am so glad you do! Love seeing all of them and your yummy food too.

    Such a lovely table Kathleen.
How sweet to 'Dedicate' the Acorn Bowl Table to Luvs!
More Acorn Bowls for her to drool over, besides the yummy soup that's in them!
I love the rich color of the bowls and the colors you chose to go with them. Just perfect.

Those 'pops' seem like a great treat to make and so different too. Who wouldn't love that combination!
I'm definitely adding this to my recipe file.
    Thanks

Luvs, you are very welcome, and I think everyone of us think of you when we see acorns!

Thanks, Jane. The pops are easy, and with a few helping hands it will go quickly!

Kathleen..OT - Question on the 'little tips' to know when making the Pops.
After you freeze the round brownies and dip them, does the chocolate harden immediately? Does any of it drip - and do
you put them in the little paper cups immediately?

    Thanks,

Hate is a strong word, I try not to use, but your pushing it. The acorn bowls and pumpkin bowls everyone seems to have are turning me pea soup green.

Jane, you freeze them to firm up the cake.
When you dip them in the choc, put them on wax paper till they harden, but put the sprinkles on while the choc is soft.
When the choc firms up, you move them to the little waxed paper cups.
So no, they don't harden up immediately. :)

Kathleen, those "Luv" acorn bowls are so neat. Your centerpiece looks great and love your table setting. The brownie balls look delicious. You always have such beautiful tables and wonderful food.

If I lived at your house, I would be a fat little butter ball with all the goodies you make. I use to skip dinner so I could enjoy dessert! Now I enjoy both.(the last chapter in my book is no longer a mystery)

Those acorn bowls sure fit the season...charming! And the soup looks so good! Double napkins with your sprigs look great with the bowl...made me hungry! Ahhh, skipped over the chocolate quickly...yummy! TFS! Jeanne S.

I have seen so many acorn table pieces lately and I always think of you all when I do. But, I have yet to purchase any. They are so lovely and I adore the autumn colors. Thanks for your continued inspirations here. You're all the BEST!
