I have an o.r.b. faucet, and I think the drain piece came with the faucet. It all matches, and the sink didn't come with that piece.

Really - what brand faucet did you get? Mine didn't come with one.

Thanks!

It's Delta. Just looked at the one I ordered for the other bath - it's a Moen, and it also has the little ring for the drain. It's in a bag with the other stopper hardware items. Seems funny that the faucet wouldn't come with it.

I looked on the info and it says "metal drain assembly". Does yours not say that? It seems weird for a bathroom sink to be missing that piece.

My Price Pfister came with the ORB drain stopper and ring.

Only vessel sink lavatory faucets generally come without the popup drain assembly. And that is because there is a choice about which type of drain you can get depending on which type of vessel sink you purchase. Every other faucet, whether 4" centerset or 8" widespread, that I've ordered came with the popup assembly. The only other type of lavatory faucet that I've seen that didn't come with one was a super cheapo Glacier Bay from HD that the homeowner bought just to pass inspection and to replace later.

ok thank you - I guess I have to open the box LOL - I just figured it didn't come with one.

Thanks!

Oooooh...looks like this is a Nancy Drew Mystery that is easily solved. I hope yours is included!!!
