Where will I store these????

Here are my latest finds from my excursion with my friends to the TS. Love the pedestal punch bowl, I'm thinking of filling it with greenery and ornaments for Christmas decor. The white and black tiered plate holders were sooo cheap, I just couldn't not get them at $2.95 and $3.95 each, and the little metal tiered tray was only 99 cents! Time to rearrange the big cabinet above my refrigerator and get rid of the old ordinary punch bowl that is up there! (Big Sigh!) Luvs

luvs - what great treasures! I also love the punchbowl, so many possiblities just with that piece. The silver tiered tray looks like the same style I have which I used on my Halloween table.
    Have a great weekend.

Luvs, What great goodies. That punch bowl is just gorgeous and your idea of filling it is great and could be done for any holiday. I love your stacked plate holders and tiered tray also. Great prices too.

Storage? I'm the last person to have any ideas. I'm fast running out. LOL

Punch bowl? Punch bowl? You're not fooling anyone, Luvs. We all know you're thinking "Big Martini!"

Luvs, what wonderful finds! That punch bowl is terrific and though OA has a great idea for it, I like yours better, LOL!!! With so many tiered trays, you can use them like stacked plates and have many displays!

Glad you all thought I found some good stuff. The tiered trays will be great for buffets, but will probably get used more with decorations.

The white one is salad plate size and needs a pretty bow and some florals at the top, don't you think? The black one uses regular sized dinner plates.

I saw how Tam had used her silver tiered trays and they looked so pretty, so she gave me ideas for it.

Does anyone know if you can get replacements for the S hooks that let the cups hang on the punch bowl? This came with 12 cups but only three hooks. Probably won't use the cups that much, but thought I should have the hooks just in case I wanted to hang them.

And Kathleen, you are right, we seem to keep finding a place "somewhere" for all our treasures, don't we? LOL

I think all you "dish nuts" need to quit struggling with storage and hiding places, and just give in and dedicate a whole room in your house to your dish collections. Imagine, a room filled with shelves from floor to ceiling, and then a table or two in the middle. You could padlock the door to keep out nosy, disapproving relatives. LOL.
And you could sneak in there for a Calgon-Take Me Away moment whenever you needed.
Don't you have a guest bedroom or kids off to college bedroom you could confiscate? LOL. Those are a waste of good dish space seems to me.

Ah, Karen, you are a wonderful "enabler". LOL That would be so great to have a whole room for pretty dishes and accessories!

No doubt about it--it's under the guest bed for the tiered metal stands! Just hope I don't forget that I have them--with me it's "out of sight, out of mind" I'm afraid. ;o)

Karen, you are too funny! A "calgon-take-me-away" moment" LOL!! But so true!! It would be wonderful to go into a room with all our dishes/pretties ready to be enjoyed. I've already taken over DD's and DS's closets now that they are gone...the whole bedroom would be even better!

Wonderful finds - congratulations! I'd love some "dinner plate" sized tiered stands...I just have a salad/dessert sized one (that I use often for parties). I bet you'll really enjoy those...

I actually store my "tiered" serving things behind furniture in the living room. :-) All my metal stands and trays stand silently back there between a huge plant pot and an aquarium, not really noticed unless someone is extremely nosy, and ready to be dusted off and used whenever I need them. Got any chairs or big plant pots you could sit them behind?
