Luv 'n Stuff Animal Jar Pattern

I am looking for the Luv 'N Stuff animal jar pattern, it has such things as a pig in a chefs hat, mouse with witch hat, bear in sleeping cap, penquin in stocking hat! I had it several years back and would love to have it again to make them for my grandchildren! I am willing to pay so long as all pieces and instrctions are still there!
